风险清单
| ID | 领域 | 等级 | 说明 | 缓解 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| r1 | thermal | high | High-density layout near the boiler combining power conversion (POWER_DC48V), SSR thermal control, and sensitive sensor front-ends (SENSOR_MONITOR) can cause thermal drift or component degradation. | Ensure physical thermal barriers and adequate clearance between heating elements and analog sensor ICs; enforce strict copper pour thermal relief and localized airflow. |
| r2 | emi | high | Simultaneous switching of high-current inductive loads (vane pump, 24V solenoid valves, DC grinder motor) driven by PWM and SSR can inject severe conducted and radiated EMI into the ESP32 wireless module and SPI sensor lines. | Implement robust snubber circuits across inductive loads, use dedicated return planes, incorporate ferrite beads on power rails, and maintain layout clearance between high-voltage switching nodes and RF traces. |
| r3 | power | med | Sudden peak current demands when the grinder motor starts while the boiler heater is pulsing can cause transient voltage drops on the 48V bus, potentially resetting the T113 Linux SoM or causing MCU brownouts. | Oversize the DC 48V adapter capacity, add bulk electrolytic capacitance on the 48V bus and local buck converters, and implement staggered startup sequences in firmware for high-draw actuators. |
