|---|---|---|---|---|
| r1 | thermal | high | DLP optical engine and LED drivers generate significant localized heat in a compact desktop enclosure without active fan cooling, risking thermal throttling or image degradation. | Design internal thermal paths using copper spreaders connecting the LED thermal pad directly to an external metal chassis or heat-sink structure. |
| r2 | power | high | Pico projector LEDs draw high pulsed current currents during RGB sequential flashing, which can cause voltage droops on the TPS63020 output and trigger system brownouts when powered by a power bank. | Place bulk low-ESR ceramic and tantalum capacitors close to the LED driver input rails and ensure the HUSB238 requests a stable 9V or 12V PD voltage tier to minimize input current draw. |
| r3 | emi | med | High-frequency MIPI-DSI differential traces between the bridge IC and display/processor, alongside Wi-Fi radio frequencies, can cause EMI interference impacting the sensitive DLP controller timing. | Route MIPI traces with strict 100-ohm differential impedance control, surround with ground shielding, and maintain adequate physical separation from the ESP32 antenna. |
